> Remove wrap after 2–4 hours (or as instructed at your session)
> Wash gently with warm water and unscented antibacterial soap
> Pat dry with a clean paper towel — never rub
> Apply a very thin layer of unscented moisturiser (Bepanthen, Hustle Butter, or similar)
> Repeat 2–3 times daily. Thin coat is enough — less is more.
> Skin will begin to peel and flake — this is completely normal
> DO NOT pick, scratch, or peel it off
> Continue moisturising regularly
> Itching is normal — lightly tap the area, never scratch
> Avoid submerging in water (baths, swimming, hot tubs)
> Skin may look cloudy or faded — the ink is still settling beneath the surface
> Keep out of direct sunlight or apply SPF 50+ over the area
> Always apply SPF 50+ to tattooed skin in direct sun
> Keep skin moisturised regularly
> Touch-ups available within 3 months of original session if needed
> Swimming pools, hot tubs, open water (4 weeks minimum)
> Picking or scratching at any stage
> Tight clothing rubbing over fresh ink
> Excessive sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, or steam rooms
> Excessive redness, swelling, or warmth beyond day 3

> HOW DO I BOOK?
Hit BOOKING.EXE in the menu — this opens the GETINK system to view availability and pay a deposit. Alternatively DM on Instagram.
> WHAT IS A DEPOSIT?
A non-refundable deposit secures your slot and is deducted from the final session cost. No deposit, no appointment.
> DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Occasionally. Watch Instagram for walk-in announcements and same-day cancellation slots.
> CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes — email or DM with your concept, placement, size, and style references. The more detail, the better.
> WHAT STYLES DO YOU DO?
Anime, horror, traditional, and kawaii. Also blackwork, fine line, illustrative, and whip shadingWHIP SHADINGThe needle is pulled ("whipped") quickly across the skin to create a soft gradient fade from dark to light. Yes, case by case. Include photos of the existing tattoo in your enquiry — cover-ups require a consultation first.
> CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Maximum one support person per session. Studio space is limited.
> WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
> Eat a full meal 1–2 hours beforehand
>> Stay well hydrated
>> Wear clothing with easy access to the area
>> Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior
>> Get a good night's sleep
>> Save reference images to your phone

> All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot
> Deposit is deducted from the final session cost
> Deposits are transferable to a new date with 72 hours notice
> Minimum 72 hours notice required for cancellations
> Late cancellations forfeit the deposit
> No-shows forfeit the deposit and may affect future bookings
> Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance
> One complimentary reschedule per booking
> A second reschedule requires a new deposit
> You must be 18 or over. No exceptions.

> Please disclose any relevant medical conditions or medications beforehand
