Accessible & Neurodivergent-Friendly Tattoos in Perth

Getting tattooed should be something you can actually enjoy — not something you have to grit your teeth and mask through. I'm disabled, neurodivergent and chronically ill myself — a properly medically complex girlie — so I build my appointments around your needs, not the other way round.

Breaks whenever you need them, quieter low-sensory sessions, a calm all-female studio, and the option to meet me first before you ever get in the chair. Lots of my clients are neurodivergent, chronically ill or disabled — you're in good company, and you never have to push through anything.

Based at Sacred Dagger Tattoo in the centre of Perth, Scotland. Tell me what helps and I'll sort it.

✦ WHAT I CAN DO
  • Breaks & pacing — stop as often as you need — for pain, fatigue, overwhelm or grounding
  • Quiet, low-sensory sessions — less noise, calmer environment, no small talk if that helps
  • A meet-me-first day — come in beforehand, see the studio, meet me, see and smell the equipment and ointments
  • Support person welcome — bring one person for emotional or physical support
  • Sensory aids welcome — headphones, fidgets, comfort items, stim tools — all good here
  • Mobility support — seated, semi-reclined or lying down; I'll set the station up around you
  • Communication your way — slow explanations, repeated steps, clear expectations — just tell me
  • Chronic illness & disability friendly — we plan around your body's limits on the day
❓ FAQ
I'm autistic / ADHD and nervous about new environments — can you help?
Yes, and there's no need to be nervous. We can set up a day before your appointment for you to come in, meet me, see the shop and the other artists, and see exactly where you'll be tattooed — plus a show-and-tell of the equipment and ointments for sensory comfort. Tell me what helps: clear expectations, slow explanations, less (or more) small talk, predictable steps, extra reassurance, time to settle in. Whatever your brain needs, I'm here for it as a fellow ND person 🌿
Can I take breaks whenever I need to?
Always. You never have to "push through" anything with me — breaks for pain, overwhelm, fatigue, stimming or grounding are all fine, as many as you need.
Can I have a quieter, low-sensory appointment?
Yes. The studio is open-plan with three of us, but if you'd like a quieter, calmer, low-light session, let me know and I'll work it out for you.
I have a chronic illness or disability — can I still get tattooed?
Absolutely — myself and lots of my clients do. Tell me what you need to feel safe and comfortable and we'll plan around your body's limits that day: breaks, slower pace, comfy positioning, whatever helps 💛
Can I bring medication, inhalers, mobility or sensory aids?
Yes — please bring anything you need. Your comfort and safety come first.
